Bought a car from Berg. Before I bought the car, Seth Phillips, GM, emailed me explaining they replaced the wheel bearings on both rear wheels. The day after I purchased it, the wheels locked up. THE VERY NEXT DAY!! Called Seth, who said he would talk to the Owner. He emailed me back stating they refused to fix the problem. The next day, and they would not stand by their own work! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

Had a flat in the RV with just me and my little daughters. Berg got me back on the road in an hour and didn’t charge me a dime since the tire was fine. Top notch.

Amazing! A blessing from god! My stem broke off my tire and everywhere was closed including this place and I was desperate considering I had my baby my donut wouldn't have made it back home it is memorial weekend. When I called a gentleman picked up the phone and was able to help with no questions asked! I forgot to get his name but that man deserves a raise. Not only was he able to fix the stem he didn't over charge me and this places cares about their customers I will be coming back regardless if I live out of town ITS WORTH THE DRIVE!
