CertaPro Painters is a top-notch, professional company with courteous, qualified and exceptional staff and painters. We had 80% of our home's interior painted and they were on time and polite and the crew of three finished in a day and a half--and that included all the doorway trim, baseboards and crown molding. As part of our contract, CertaPro provided a one-hour consult with a professional interior designer who gave us amazing color suggestions that we never would have selected ourselves. She even went out of her way to recommend some furniture moves and a complete repositioning of all of our wall hangings. they turned out awesome and we now have more open space than ever. If we decide to have the rest of our home's interior painted, we could consider no one except CertaPro Painters.

My daughter had used CertaPro and so I had them come to do work for me based off the excellent job they performed for her. It was scheduled but then Nashville had a SNOW and ICE storm the lasted 5 days. They contacted me every day to let me know the status. When they came on Friday, instead of the scheduled Monday they were ready to attack my bedroom, bathroom and closet. They were professional, friendly, and hard working. All of it was completed in one day and when they left everything was perfect. No mess, no problems and a beautiful new environment. Thank you for your service, attention to detail, and personal touch, communication means everything! Thanks to Thomas Collie for putting this all together so seamlessly! I know that there are a lot of companies out there. Look no further then CertaPro.

Hill has been great to work with! He has been responsive, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile. Additionally, the pricing is reasonable and the access to a color consultant has been invaluable. Looking forward to working with CertaPro and Hill more in the future!

I am very happy with the exterior trim work by Certa Pro Painters. I had good experiences from my first phone call to the completed job. Everyone I met or worked with was very nice, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company.

I paid CertaPro in Brentwood over $40,000 about a year ago to do a roof paint job at my hotel. Unfortunately, within just 6 months, the paint on the front roof started to peel off which we found out was due to their poor surface prep work and failure to scrape off the old paint properly before applying the new coat.nIn order to save their own cost, they knowingly did a rush job and ruined my hard-earned big investment. They are now refusing to fix the problems under their so-called 2-year warranty and are now asking me for more money to come fix the problems they alone have caused. Do not recommend this uncaring company who will not stand behind their work , not honor their promised warranty, and try to gouge you for even more money.
