I tried D&D small engine repair for the first time, and they are the best in our area. D&D has good customer service, the repair was completed in a reasonable time, I received a text when it was ready, they charge a fair price, and my snowblower is running great!

I am a pilot car driver. I use a generator so that I can stay in my vehicle and save money. I called 4 other places to see if they could put a new pull string and spark plug in for me. Either they were 3 weeks out or didn't answer the phone. When I called D&D they understood that I use my generator everyday and couldn't be without it. I brought it in and within a half hour I was on my way. I did have a bit of a problem when I wanted to start it. It wouldn't start. So I brought it back and they figured out that I had a loose connection with a wire. They said it was their fault and I wasn't charged. I had an amazing customer service experience and when I'm in the area and need something done to my generator they will be the only people I call. I will also tell my fellow pilot car friends if they have a generator problem to go to D&D! Even though it's a bit of a drive over from where we load the trucks at it is well worth it.

I highly recommend D & D. I have lived in Lennox for less than a year, and I needed help with a skid loader. Even though skid loaders are not there specialty- Randy went above and beyond to help get my issue fixed. I really appreciate their knowledge, customer service and most importantly the genuine honesty. Their mowers and repair costs are extremely affordable as well. If you live in Sioux Falls, I recommend taking the trip to Lennox to buy your new mower. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks for everything D & D.

Always great to deal and they have a huge assortment of small engine equipment. If you can't buy it or get it serviced here, you probably don't need it.
