Rented from Store Sioux Falls for 6 months. Had a great experience with them. Everything is seamless from renting the units, to leaving a message with questions and getting a call back within 24hrs (During Weekdays, Closed on Weekends).nnI was referred to them by my current storage facility as they'd had a fire and I needed a place to store what I had left and then some. They have units of all sizes which I liked as it helped having extra space.nnEasy to get to as well. From Sioux Falls, Western Ave South and just past the new Harrisburg Middle School you'll see them off to the right. Right at stop sign and they're on right.nn24 / 7 security surveillance system. I never had a issue getting in to the facility either. They even supply a lock when you rent that is cut-proof. Even with the recent expansion they did I didn't have any access issues either.nnIF you need a storage facility then this is the place for you. You can even set your monthly payment up online and it'll bill automatically so that's less running around to do each month.
We have rented a unit for the last year. There have been no issues. We forgot about the 30 day notice when ending lease and were allowed to stop with only about a 10 day notice. The rental process was very easy to set up. If we need another unit we will likely check Store Sioux Falls.
Super easy transaction. To be able to rent online was fantastic! Prompt communication with staff. Friendly. Helpful. Unit clean. Property easy to navigate and well lit. Highly recommended!
Love the online portals, makes for a smooth easy process. Management was responsive and very courtesy. Great prices as well!
The online is pretty slick. You buy what you want and you show up and start putting stuff in. The move out part was seemed pretty slick as well.nnThe only issue I had was when we first rented was understanding what to do and then when we got there we didn't have a lock ready for us. I called and never got a follow up. We ended up using a different lock that worked.
