Wonderful facility - clean, well kept. Facility is a wonderful value. Management is very responsive, professional, and top-notch. We have rented many facilities across the country and Black Dog is run the best of any. We couldn't be happier!
We're so happy with our storage unit at Black Dog Storage during our move to Harrisburg! The units are very nice and well kept. The customer service responds instantly and is accommodating. I was able to rent our unit so easily and start moving things in right away which was a huge help during our move. The large inflatable dog that we call 'Cliff'ord is also a friendly welcome :)
I am impressed with this storage. The owner emails updates to let us know if things are goin on ( paving etc). Such great communication. Price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend
Nice affordable units the property is clean and kept up. Great owner. I really like the fact that there is even an on site bathroom. I've never rented a storage unit with that. It just goes to show that the owner takes the extra steps to make sure his customers are taken care of.
Nicest storage units I have ever rented plus being competitive in price. Property is clean, well kept up and easy to get into. Staff is easy to get a hold of and ever easy to work with.
