Excellent atmosphere.. If you haven’t seen Shelly guiding the purple mat shock sessions, oh.. it is an experience you don’t want to miss, wherever you are in the workout spectrum. Great mix of classes to choose from/ keep rotating - strength, cardio, HIIT..nI have tried the S3, Shock and Shock station .. and loved them all.
Great atmosphere! Friendly staff, and they offer reasonable child care which was a huge plus for me when my children were so young. Most important for me.....I have seen a change in myself! My strength has increased, and my energy has increased. I love this place! You are truly motivated to be your best.
I have been coming back here for years, because the place has such positive energy. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Shellie is so inspiring, you push yourself to do more than you thought possible...and Cris’ kickboxing class is a physical/mental challenge and makes you feel fierce!
Amazing! This place is a MUST try for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. The atmosphere is incredible, it’s a community of everyone supporting each other’s goals. The workouts are unique, challenging, and designed to grow with you as your individual fitness level improves. Whatever your goal is, there is something here for you. Check it out, you won’t regret it.
Best personalized gym in town. Do you want that extra push to do things you didn’t know your body was even capable off? Do you want it with a smile and personal encouragement? This is the place to go. There is no other place even remotely close to what this gym can offer you.
