Best gym in the entire world. I recommend it to anyone and everyone no matter where you are at on your fitness journey. I walked into this gym 6 months ago, never having worked out a day in my life before and it made me fall in love with fitness. I've met some of the most amazing people through this gym and the staff is phenomenal. Worth every penny. Take advantage of all the classes and really take the time to get to know the gym and what it has to offer - it is worth it I promise.
Great gym. Good hours. Clean. Great facilities: indoor/outdoor pool, plenty of lockers with locks, showers, sauna, steam room, bar, cafeteria with healthy meals, snacks, shakes, and drinks.nn6 power racks on deadlift platforms, although sometimes you have to wait a bit when its busy. Dozens of treadmills, cycles, bikes. Good amount of machines and good free weight area.nnChildren facilities and events. Seems to have a lot of different group classes, but have never tried one.
The atmosphere is great! If you plan to use the spa's, showers, pool, sauna, etc. it is worth the money. If you are just going to workout and leave, you might get more bang for your buck elsewhere.
Great gym!! I have been a member here for 3 years. When traveling I have used other Life Time gyms, always a great experience. I love swimming in the outdoor pool year round. The classes are great. Upper RX (taught by Chrissy) is my favorite. Always a great workout.
O.K. this is hands down the nicest gym I have ever worked out at. They keep everything in great working order and they have all the amenities. Pool,. check, sauna, check, cafe, check, salon? Check!
