Franklin gym is top of the line. Clean, great equipment and caring staff. Not too busy early and those that are there just work out.

While the gym itself is fine. The equipment is well maintained such as they have. The biggest problem I have with this place is you are destined to pay the entire 2 year contract no matter what. I got a cancer diagnosis after 6 months. Anytime told me I could suspend my membership up to 30 days if my doctor filled out a full page form. Cancer treatment is far more than 30 days. On top of that that 30 days there were willing to suspend my membership was going to be tacked onto the end of my 2 year contract. This year when Covid hit, I asked to be released from the contract because I take chemo drugs and I am immune-compromised. Same answer - they will suspend for up to 30 days but it will be added to the end of the contract. I think Anytime is heartless and all about the contract.nnUPDATEnApparently there was a miscommunication that caused this whole misunderstanding. The franchise owner has contacted me and canceled my membership immediately. The owner is a very good person and apologized for the misunderstanding and even prayed for me. Not many people would be this responsive- hence, the 5 stars. Thank you, Anytime Fitness Franklin.

Place must be going out of business or losing a ton of money. Owner is very rude and threatening towards customers. Would go the extra mile to make life difficult. Also, i got a feeling that middle easterns are not welcome at this establishment.nEdit: Hilarious response considering i already am a member and have a fob. No one asked or needs your fake charity. You couldve very easily fixed the glitch on your end of the system while I workout. Very poor customer service, and to personally come after me because you had a bad experience with someone 3 months ago is absurd. I truly hope your actions were not racially motivated for your own benefit.nEdit: the response is subpar. Thanks for proving my point. Funny you would say that since my membership is active and works at every other anytime fitness..
