Worked out here for over a year. Spend your money elsewhere. There are better gyms in the area, trust me. The staff here are great but the management... that's a different story.

Been a member for a few years now. Staff is professional and friendly.nnWelcome former NAC members...please remember to RE-RACK ALL WIEGHTS USED (not just the ones you added on). There is a good chance the next person might not be strong enough to remove the weights you just left behind.nnManagement - Please remind all members to RE_RACK when done. An automated announcement every 15 - 30 minutes in addition to signs already posted would help tremendously.
I had an excellent training session!
I attended this gym for a total of two days prior to the covid lockdown. I was not able to get hardly any of my $300+ membership cost. When asking if I could get a refund, I was told absolutely not.
