Usually pretty good, but moderately often they have lots of complications they seem unprepared to handle at the Pharmacy making picking up prescriptions take much longer then it should.
Our family has now moved ALL of it prescriptions to one place, Walgreens on Franklin Road.nThis pharmacy staff, (with a big shout out to James Patrick the Pharmacy Manager), actually cares about our family and will do the same for yours. I have always been treated with such kindness and respect ( like I am a neighbor and friend- this kind of service seems to be out of the norm these days unfortunately) when filling our families prescriptions at this location. I also really enjoy the staff inside the Walgreens / store, everyone is always so nice and respectful there as well. Thank you so much Walgreens, for hiring James Patrick and for for literally being in our/ on our corner!
Very poor and unprofessional service at the Pharmacy. Pharmacist and pharmacy techs were inconsistent in their instructions and responses. They seemed confused. Not very reassuring that they are filling prescriptions Totally unlike my experiences at CVS or Kroger. I will never have a prescription filled here again.
A good place to go when I’m in need of something nearby. Has everything you’d expect it to have. The location is the best thing because it is right between Brentwood and Franklin. The pharmacy could be a bit more friendly. I think the prices are a little overpriced for what you are getting. There’s an extensive makeup and beauty section which is nice. They have a big decorations area and candy section. The cash register people are usually courteous. Overall, a good enough standard drugstore.
