Walgreens

This Walgreens was not as friendly as the one i usually go too. The check out team member was friendly !nBut the team members in the isles where not. They were stocking shelves and the lady made it clear that I needed to hurry as I was in her way. Stocking cart was blocking the isle and product ( candy bars) were being put on the floornwhile she restocked and rotated stock in the candy isle. Gross .nOther wise the store was clean and well stockednLets just mark this one up as unusual event or new employee type of scenario at Walgreens today.

A couple of significant “mix ups” at the pharmacy over the past two years. Most recently, I was asked to come back for a third time to get a prescription filled because they didn’t do their job.nTerrible customer service from a tech named Bryan who was working the drive through. Bryan could have handed the situation far better, instead he thought it would be funny to insult me and provide answers like “I guess you can come back as many times as you want your prescription filled.”nI was brought up on the Walgreens brand and have been a loyal customer. I am moving my prescriptions today.

I have found the staff at Walgreens to be kind, helpful and informative. They have become more than a drug store because of the many things they carry. Thank you to everyone who has helped me from Walgreens. I will continue to shop there because if you.

Beware of business hours listed on Google maps. It does not specify that the pharmacy does not open until 10:00 on Sunday.

Always polite, concise and helpful. Sometimes the pharmacy is a bit busy but a really good place with good people.
