Once I found that the Volvo dealership has recently been established inside the Bentley/Rolls Royse/Lotus/Aston Martin dealership on Mallory Lane, everything about my service visit for my Volvo became, well, the best car dealership experience of my life. Josh Daugherty welcomed me and put me immediately at ease with the whole transaction. He showed me around and suggested that I check out the SypCoffee shop in the building, and that too became one of my best experiences ever! Meanwhile, back at my Volvo XC90, they immediately performed the service (all while respecting my wait time that they promised). They answered several questions I had about updating my phone's interface with the Volvo infotainment system. They checked back with me to tell me of their progress and asked if I wanted them to hand wash the car! Well, of course! Why would I want to leave while enjoying the SypCoffee?nnAnyone looking for a car brand on the luxury side surely should check out this dealership. Anyone making a purchase and wanting a friend to represent them through the ownership of said vehicle, should meet and befriend Josh Daugherty and his team of technicians. I was very impressed, as that does not happen often!
