From the initial contact over the phone, I was connected with John the service advisor. This was a few weeks ago. Very professional and easy going guy. Gave me all the answers to my questions regarding the service needed for my Maserati Ghibli. With very limited time, I brought my car to get the service knocked out. I made sure John was there before going and when he greeted me he noted all of my concerns and went above and beyond on taking care of everything. He could tell I was eager about all the cars there, since I am a bit of a car enthusiast I would say. We talked for a bit and he even even gave me a tour and talked to me about cars as well. He’s prompt on following up on the process and assuring me the car is being taking care of. Couldn’t be happier with leaving the keys in his hands. 10/10 recommend his professionalism to anyone interested in getting their vehicle serviced here. Ask for John

I have been trying to get in touch with a guy in service for well over two months... nearly three. I need to purchase an extended warranty and have been trying to get my next service scheduled and cannot get a call back. Never in the office... I’ve even stopped by and was unsuccessful. I’m glad this was a new purchase but very unlikely my next car will be from this dealership which is really sad.

Never have loaner cars! New service manager not as good as previous for Maserati.

Sales Associate was more then friendly to show us around and explain the difference between the different options and packages available. They will just about trade in anything of considerable value towards a Maserati. Thanks for having such a great dealership and making such exotic's available. Will definitely return when my pay grade can afford one. Thank you Maserati of Nashville.

awful service. Tried to give business and was shown nothing but disrespect and doubt due to age. Will be getting my Maserati anywhere but here. Young people can earn nice things too, not just your middle aged male, it's 2017!!
