Tyler Shepard was great! Being from out of state, we communicated via texts. RX350 appeared to be just as he had described. Tyler always responded my questions promptly. Very happy with our RX350. Highly recommend Lexus of Cool Springs and especially seek out for Tyler. Very reliable, trustworthy and courteous!!

We had a great car buying experience at Lexus of cool springs even when we did not buy a Lexus :-). We bought a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe, the car was just like new. The staff especially Samey Ashari was very helpful, he let us take our time in making our decision. He accepted our requests and was prompt in reverting back with possibilities. The most pressure-free buying experience ever for me, it is how every cay buying experience should be. Even the the finance office was great, just informed about products, answered questions and let me make my decision. Thanks to the management for creating a such an environment where their staff can focus on the customers and sales is a by-product of customer service. My next car is definitely going to be a Lexus for this dealership.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Walked into dealership not knowing what I wanted, and walked out a few hours later with a new IS-350 F-Sport.nJake was very thorough in explaining the terms of the deal but also in taking the extra time to go over all of the features of the vehicle and how to access them. 100% satisfied!

All I can say is ask for Doug. He takes the stress out of your car purchase experience. He is sincere, compassionate, experienced, honest, and provides exceptional customer service. We could not believe how much time he spent with us making it very personal with every detail. We drove away with a warm feeling in our heart knowing we made the right decision. No sales pressure. We love love love our Lexus ES350 at a very reasonable price. David and Doreen can’t wait to go back to visit Doug on our next purchase. Thank you so very much.

Jake Motsinger is awesome. It did not (yet) work out for me buy a vehicle from him. However, he is courteous, helpful and does not relentlessly bombard you with emails and phone calls.nnA perfect experience.
