I’m someone who always reads reviews, but usually doesn’t write one. I had to share our wonderful experience with Faith yesterday. She was so kind & helpful and truly helped me get the car I was hoping for! It felt like she spent her whole day just helping us, and making sure everything was perfect before we left. Ask for Faith when you go!! Also, Charlie was awesome- quick and easy with all the paperwork! Great attitudes and service all around! Highly recommend.

Update 9/12/2020 - I'm updating my review from 5 to 1 star. If I could rate it less I would. This dealership has about the worse service department I've ever experienced. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and it took them 3 plus hours to complete it. Why even make an appointment. Finally it was supposed to be ready, they give me the keys and tell me it's out there somewhere. My wife and I are just wondering around the lot looking for her car. Then back inside, wait another 10 minutes for the lady to try to figure out what's going on.nnWe will find somewhere else to have my wife's car serviced going forward. Hallmark is a train wreck!nnOriginal Review: Best car buying experience ever. Arnaldo was super knowledgeable about everything in the car and always responsive to my calls or text messages.

Carlos was such a nice and helpful salesman! He went above and beyond my expectations. He has a great smile, and such charm. I intended on buying a used Jetta, but the newer one was a much better deal. I’d recommend him to everyone! He’s great! :)

I’ve purchased 4 cars from these guys and the experience just gets better every time. I no longer dread shopping for a car because of Cody Burns and his staff at Volkswagen of Cool Springs. The finance guy, Charlie is also thorough and informative. I wish more stars were available so that I could give them a 10!!!

I’ve had repair work done at this dealership and Savannah has always gone over and above to make sure I knew the status of the repair. I also have several friends that have worked with her on service issues (both maintenance and repairs) over the past year, and they’ve all been extremely pleased with her communication and willingness to help with alternate options for recommended repairs. Her customer service style ensures that clients (especially women!) will return to Hallmark since they know they can expect excellent service and get it!
