I received a notice of re-call on mynSUV. I contacted the toll Free number and had an appointment set up. After that I received e-mails, texts and calls from the Dealership. All instructions were clearly stated and person of contact was given.nOn day of service I arrived at my selected time. What an impression. Extremely clean property, great direction markers and a covered area to pull into. First impression, all team members clean and in various business attire keeping in the Dealership theme of identification. Acknowledged by everyone who walked bye and then my appointed Service member approached and explained everything about my visit. Showed me the waiting area and I toured the showroom and surrounding area. Just outstanding. Car ready in good time and reviewed what I may to look at for future service. Walked out to my SUV and it was WASHED. What outstanding Customer Service. I am and have always been a Toyota individual, purchased 12 in the past, GMC was a change for me to just run around. My experience was great and no pressure at all. Roman Chortyk, Michael Bolling and the team at Waltrip Volvo service department (where I was a customer with my Volvo S60) were great. It started with Volvo Service, who earned my trust and always did a great job. They more than anyone got me through the door at Waltrip Buick GMC. The middle was Mike who did a great job responding to my Internet inquiry. Roman & Kyle from finance dept wrapped it all up with a great experience. My fiancee is a Waltrip Chevrolet service customer and is very happy there too. We anticipate buying another vehicle from Waltrip-keeping it in the family!

My salesman Dennis Foster took all the time I needed to assess what type of vehicle and services would best suit my needs. I objected at first when he recommended the 2020 Enclave Avenir. It’s not the current model year! But after inviting me to drive it, and then showing me how the savings are worth more than the model year depreciation I saw exactly what he meant. AND he was able to advise me on how to best protect my interests even though I drive quite a long commute for work. I’m comfortable with the warranty and I love the car!

I originally gave a five star review, until I needed the dealership’s help with a problematic new vehicle. On a positive note, Russel and the service department are exceptional, among the best anywhere.nnThe sales department, apart from selling, not so much. When the brand new GMC truck I bought from them turned out to be a lemon (in the shop four times for transmission work and still problematic) the sales manager offered me the lowest possible trade for that truck and tried to charge me $4k more than I originally paid for the exact same model replacement truck. Essentially they wanted to charge me more than $10k to get me into a replacement truck for a six month old vehicle, and argued they we’re really, “helping me out”. I went to another dealer and got a much better deal. Will never trust this dealership again.

We had the best experience of buying a new vehicle than we have ever had at Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC in Franklin, TN. The staff is professional, personable, and interested in your wants, needs, and making the purchase easy and comfortable. Nico, the manager saw that we got with the best salesman, Roman Chortyk, who was genuinely interested in getting us the best car for our needs, and totally explained everything along the way thoroughly. Not only is Roman friendly and respectful, but very knowledgeable about the vehicle and buying process. We are absolutely satisfied with the entire process and visit.
