Quick, thorough, and very friendly and personable.. would definitely go back again.. I think they even washed my car.. zero complaints. Clean nice waiting area too.. what a great way to spend part of your day while your car got pampered. My car was happy too and purred the whole way home... thanks for taking such good care of us both... see you next time!

Had a great experience buying the car from Honda. They made the process very easy for my family and I. Corey was the sales rep that helped coordinate everything. We ever in and out in less than 2 hours once we align on the deal. The service was fast and reliable. Russel was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Never once I felt like he was pushing us in one way or the other. The entire dealership was very professional and helpful through the whole process. My wife and I just bought our 11th Honda. Between the two of us, we've owned 5 Accords, 3 Civics, an Odyssey, and this is our second Pilot. All of which have been either purchased and/or serviced here at one time or another. We love the brand, and everyone at the dealership has always taken great care of us. Ethan, the sales manager, and our salesman, John, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant, enjoyable buying experience. Josh and Brandon in the service department are top notch as well. We will definitely be back!

I took my 2019 Honda Odyssey for recall repairs and had a very pleasant experience at Darrell Waltrip Honda.nI needed a loaner car and received it promptly at the Enterprise car rental right on premise. Darrell Waltrip Honda covered the cost.nRepairs were done promptly, I received my text message and came to pick up my car that was also washed!nWhile I can't speak about service prices I would recommend Darrell Waltrip Honda on basis of efficiency, convenience and overall experience.
