I had a great buying experience early today. I live in Chattanooga and was only in Nashville to catch a flight and needed to be at the airport around 10:15. Brandon (owner) met me an hour before they open and quickly had me test driving the two vehicles in which I was interested. The Lexus SC430 I bought was priced below market, and I got him to take a couple hundred off that. I only saw quality cars there. It's a nice, clean dealership, nicer than many new car dealerships I've been in. The six-month warranty and in donation of a portion of profit to charity are also great.

BUYER BE AWARE: I bought a Mini Cooper from them in December, and I have been stressed out since then. The car had only 43,000 miles, therefore I paid cash since I believed it was a reliable dealer. I did purchase their 3 month warranty. From day one the check engine light came on... they said it might be a sensor, so I was not that worried. That was the first out many trips in which my mini was at the mechanics. I also go to school and work everyday which made my life more stressful. The owner, Brandon was extremely uninterested to help me in fixing the car. I paid for the warranty knowing in which they would help me. All together, my mini was in the mechanics every 2 weeks since I got it. Although I had the mini in my ownership for 3 months, I had it for 20 days all together... the rest of the days it was rested at their mechanic. When I was sick of waiting and kept hopeful that the car would be fixed it never was then made a deal to buy the car back from with a 4,000 dollar loss. Not only did they not fix the problem, I lost 4K in 3 months. I am aware the mini is a German car, however I also believed that they actually cared about their customers. Sunvertibles is just a dishonest autodealer who doesn't own up to their product.

I am a picky buyer with specific criteria, but they had the right Miata after a year of hunting. Bought the car sight unseen, but knowing they are an enthusiast's dealership, I felt comfortable. Buying over email and having the car shipped was painless and they were patient and helpful the whole way. Highly recommend.

Purchased my new to me Mazda MX5 from Chase at Sunvertibles and had a fantastic experience. Chase was upfront and helpful, even willing to go out of his way with extra information requests as i was coming in from out of state. They are fairly priced and transparent, would certainly recommend checking them out!

I will never do business with these people. Confirmed twice that the car we wanted was there and they would save it for us. We drove 3 hours and were a half hour away when we called to let them know we were almost there. They were in the process of selling the car to someone else. In the process, they lied and stated they had tried to call us several times. We had absolutely no missed calls. Poor way to run a business.
