The most amazing dealership I have been to, and I have owned lots of luxury and non luxury cars. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, very patient and really show they care. Brad in Finance made that process so painless, and was extremely efficient. Jordan is the most incredible salesman. Great personality, smart, nice guy who really knows his vehicles. I love that, I love to talk shop! He put in contact with Lauren the Customer Relations Manager and she is just about as great as they come. Cant say enough great things about the staff there. Very professional team who truly understands customer service. They get a 10+ in my book

Salesman Caleb Smart was absolutely great to work with. He listened to what I wanted and made sure that is what I got. He didn't use the high pressure tactics commonly used by salesman and I appreciated that. Everyone at the dealership made the purchase as smooth and stress free as I could hope for.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ford Lincoln of Franklin. Daniel and the Ford team advocated so beautifully for my warranty company(which they hadn’t worked with before) to cover all my needs. They kept me apprised of the progress the whole time and were easy to get in touch with when I had questions. I got thousands of dollars worth of needed repairs for a few hundred dollars. Thank you!!!

Byron and the service team are top notch. I had the day off and I needed service done.nI arrived at 830am and was home with my vehicle by 10am. I was able to get my 2020 truck serviced and enjoy my day off. Quick friendly service and went above and beyond! Thank you team!

Glen my Service representative always goes above and beyond to assist in my Car servicing details.nGlen is always both Professional and friendly and very detailed oriented.
