Awesome place and awesome ownership. Beginners, like myself, can show up, do their best, and be encouraged by everyone else. Wish I’d joined a long time ago.

Great Gym with very knowledgeable coaches and they also have 24/7 access which is a rare find in crossfit. Hands down my favorite gym that I have been able to workout at. They are growing everyday and taking the steps necessary that goes along with the growth but you can still get the 1 on 1 time you need with the coaches and owner.

Since moving to Lebanon just about a year ago, I wanted to make sure there was a CF gym in close proximity to where my wife and I live. So when I found one 5 minutes away my next thought was - will this gym be like the one I came from which I loved so much?? Thankfully - YES!!! I feel like I haven't skipped a beat and have also learned a ton more so far! The coaches and comradery with fellow CF-ers has been very welcoming. I look forward to hitting more PR's and in general continuing my fitness journey. LCF - don't change this recipe you have going on and I will continue to support it!

Such a great find! A friend of mine started here so I dropped in with him one evening and was pleasantly surprised! Great CLEAN facility. Coaches were very welcoming. The owner Joe is very knowledgeable and brings a great enthusiasm to his classes keeping members engaged while maintaining safety. I’ve been a crossfitter/ coach for 7 years and found Lebanon CrossFit to encompass what the CrossFit community is so well known for, working out under trained watchful eyes while having fun! :)
