Planet fitness in Lebanon is so clean! The staff is always friendly and helpful! Our whole family works out here and uses the massage chairs and tanning beds. We love our Lebanon PF!
It’s a great place to work out! The staff are very helpful and friendly! But here lately the men’s bathrooms have gone down hill they smell bad the toilets and urinals are hardly ever getting cleaned it seems like and the showers really could stand a good cleaning at least once a week. And the shower curtains need to be changed out.
Really top notch PF. I travel the country, so i have been to at least a couple hundred locations in the past few years, and this is the best one in the area. Always clean, showers are high quality.
I just absolutely love this place. From day one, up until currently they’ve always worked with me and made me feel as though my business was appreciated. I love this gym and will definitely continue to go moving forward.
Absolutely horrible. Staff is nice and the equipment is fine, but I've been having billing issues. Got charged an additional $40 at the beginning of february even though it should have been $22. Went in and talked to the manager (was her last day apparently) and she sent in a e-mail to correct this and told me it'd be back in my account in 7-10 business days. Just noticed that they charged me again for an additional $22.99 and I never got the $40, which then made my bank account go into the negative and my bank charged me for! And I cant call the place or even support because of the weather! Screw planet fitness. I want my money back!
