The True Discipline experience has been the best life changing experience I have experienced in training. I've lost 55 pounds in 2 and a half months. The meal plan is easy to follow and the training sessions push you to be your personal best. You get the full support for the entire staff throughout your journey. I highly recommend True Discipline to anyone. It's truly life changing.
I have been working with Mike and Valerie for 4 years and they are amazing joining forces with true discipline is going to make them unstoppable. I was 70 pounds when I started and now I have my pro card as a professional bikini bodybuilder.nnAll the trainers are very knowledgeable and personable, I am so lucky to have such a supportive group consistently helping me and motivating me. Working with them is amazing and if you are looking for personal training, diet plans or motivation they are they go to company.
True Discipline helped me tremendously! I lost over 60 lbs, increased strength, and lost a ton of bodyfat! It has totally changed my life. I have competed in my first bodybuilding show and live a much healthier lifestyle. Check out True Discipline and start your fitness journey!!
Honestly, I wasn’t going to give one star, I was going to give four but the way that I was talked to after leaving a review on their fb page made me come here and make SURE my voice is heard. I posted this to their fb page.n“As much as I enjoyed training with these guys, I’d have to say I wouldn’t recommend. I was passed around between trainers (I had about 5 different people in the end). They had me signed up with Olympus at first and then moved to Golds shortly after and wanted me to get a membership there as well and told me they would reimburse me a portion of what it would cost to switch but it was all still going to be pulled from my account first so I couldn’t really afford to do that. They sent me to another one of their training facilities and switched me to a different trainer. She was good but young and not as creative with her workouts as the first couple I was originally told would train me. Then, that girl left the company and they had someone just fill in for her, a young man named Nick I think. The workout that day was subpar something I could’ve done on my own and I didn’t learn anything new. Then they put me with another trainer, named Brandon, who is a friend of mine. It was then that I received my first meal plan and exercises to do outside of training (I had no idea I was owed this in the beginning so I kind of felt a little jipped). Then, Brandon left and they had some other guy fill out the last couple of sessions I had with them.nOverall, I know my experience isn’t what most experience with this company. I felt very pushed to the side and I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth. I was never with a trainer long enough to get comfortable and didn’t even receive my meal plan till nearly the end of the training. At the end of the training, there was no follow up and no one seemed to really care if I had or had not reached my goals. Again, they’re good people and what I experienced isn’t the norm but just letting my voice be heard about what had happened to me.”nWhich I felt was very appropriate and showed that my experiences were not the norm it just happened to be what I experienced. The company started verbally attacking me saying that I “didn’t achieve results” which anyone can clearly see I didn’t say that I hadn’t achieved results! I was happy with the boost it gave me the only thing I was didn’t like about this company was being passed around from trainer to trainer. The company THEN made it seem as if it was MY fault that I was being switched around, which isn’t true at all!nThe first time they switched trainers with me was because they had moved to golds and I couldn’t afford for both gym memberships to pull and then be reimbursed after, I’m a student and that would put me in the negative so they sent me to one of their facilities that didn’t cost anything extra and switched me trainers. That girl was great! Like I said! But she ended up leaving the company because she felt True Discipline didn’t pay her well enough for her expertise so they had someone fill in for one of my sessions and that’s when Brandon came along. Brandon was FANTASTIC and gave me my meal plan (FINALLY) and helped me along my goals but he ended up moving and couldn’t take the drive and that’s when they moved me YET AGAIN! I showed up to a couple of those sessions and the final one I didn’t go to. No one ever followed up with me.nNow I’m leaving a review not only because I was passed around between trainers and not given a meal plan until the end of the contract but also because the company was EXTREMELY rude to me when I posted my review on their page which you can see for yourself. They tried in every way to make it my fault and even blatantly LIED about me “missing multiple sessions” which IS NOT TRUE. I only missed one and it was the FINAL one because I was sick of starting over with a new trainer every other week. Not only did they try to make their poor business practices my fault but they also said I was an “unhappy” person and then proceeded to misquote me to prove their point! DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE.
Best damn training company in the country. Hit them up!!!!!
