I pulled right in and was greeted my nice guys that worked like a well oiled machine ud83eudd23 pun intended ud83dude09 They thoroughly checked under the hood and asked if I wanted any other maintenance, which they kindly accepted my no answer. Gave me a Military discount without me asking and even thanked me for my service (they saw my plates!) I was impressed!

This was the Best Oil Change Place I've been to, the Manager David was friendly, Professional and had his Team all working hard . It was Absolutely the EXACT OPPOSITE of the way the East 10th St. Location Poorly runs there Store.nThanks, David for the Great Service !!!!

I Pulled up to get an oil change, and there was one other car also waiting. I pulled In behind one of the other bays. Soon another car pulled up and took the empty position behind the third bag. So now there are three of us waiting. The car that was there first got pulled in a few minutes later for service. About 5 minutes after that, the second car (that pulled up after me) got pulled into service. 20-25 minutes later, I am still sitting there. The pick-up in that bay I was waiting on must have been getting a lot done, which is fine, but no one had come out to let me know this. The first time I visited this newly opened location, everyone was so friendly, and made sure that everyone got first come first serve service, which is no longer the case apparently. And they don’t even come out to let you know how long the wait might be...or to make any contact whatsoever. Unfortunately I left with No oil change. The person that pulled in after me was probably about finished. I hope this can save anyone else from having this same experience

Left old oil filter oring stacked on new filter and dumped all my oil in a 1/4 mile spill.nFirst time I've ever used a place like this and will definitely be the last.
