Got an 2018 Chevy Malibu love it process was an little slow but that was ok it was worth it didn’t get my back broke on the price lol I would recommend this to any1 who is tryna buy with bad credit they got u ! Nice cars good mileages good prices !

I usually always leave honest reviews for places I do business, so here we go...nnThe Good:nn• Nice cars! Everything I looked at seemed to be clean and in a solid, reliable state. With decent mileage..nn• Easy process! They were fast and easy to do business with. No issues there.nn• Prices! Prices are a little high, but that’s to be expected when dealing with a “tote the note” lot. I don’t feel unfairly treated for what I am paying.nnNow...nnThe Bad:nnCommunication! Terrible! That’s about all I can say. I was told by the sales staff that communication is very important and that if I was going to pay late to be sure to call. I’ll get to that in a sec...nnLeniency! After the three day grace period there is very little to zero forgiveness on your payments. They will absolutely take the vehicle without as much as a phone call..nnBased on my experience with these people I feel that a 4 star review is more than generous. If you are the type of person who pays on-time , every time then I would recommend them.nnI bought a Yukon Denali from them and I love the truck. I’ve only had it 6 months but so far so good. I am rebuilding from a job loss and a bankruptcy so they were for the most part my only option. I did fall behind on a few of my first payments and I did what I was told and I called to set up an arrangement. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I asked for a week. Friday to Friday. They picked the truck up on Thursday night. I get it.. late is late and that breaches the agreement.. but a phone call would of been good. Simply a “pay up or turn it in” kind of call. That’s fair right?? However they did allow me to get it back with more fees.nnBasically owning a vehicle from them is kinda nerve racking because you worry you will fall behind and be without it even for being a few days late. I was a lucky one and actually got mine back. I do feel they make a lot of their money selling the same cars over and over again. Not a good way to do business, but business is just that. DONT GET BEHIND.. or you will be walking..
