Extremely poor experience here - Barzani uses extremely deceptive business practices, and false information to cheat his customers.nnI called Barzani in reference to his Facebook listing for a 2014 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE that seemed to be listed at a fair price - he mentioned that it had a theft on the title, but no significant damage or issues whatsoever. After my wife and I drove 6 hours to see the vehicle, and after finding numerous discrepancies between the condition of the vehicle advertised (melted buttons, numerous cracks on the rear, etc), I ran a different Carfax on the vehicle and found that it had been involved in 4 accidents over 5 years. After confronting Barzani with the Carfax along with the Auction details where he bought the Jeep for a much lower price, he became defensive, pretending he did not know about the accidents despite having screenshots of the Carfax on his phone. After discussing, he agreed to update his listing with the rebuilt title for the numerous accidents. My wife and I left (having wasted 12 hours driving) and he updated the ad the following day. I wish that had been the end of it, but he then changed the ad a couple weeks later and said that the rebuilt title was for theft (again!). I highly encourage potential buyers to take your business elsewhere and do not deal with this unscrupulous and deceptive dealer.
Great people! They do have a really nice vehicles.
Just drove three hours round trip to look at a vehicle that was on marketplace. Cant start on how many times I ask if there was any issues please tell me up front. Even got a walk around and asked to test everything out. Again I drove three hours and the car had no air conditioning. Nothing but hot air. Beware! I said if you believe in customer service pay me for my gas since I just wasted 3 hours. Nope nothing but I didn’t know the air didn’t work. There is no way anyone who owns a car lot can say that with honesty. Don’t go out of the way to visit this lot, no telling what underlying problems he doesn’t reveal!!!

Called dealership to get him to change his name since I already own a lot named Discount Auto Sales but he refused. I keep getting his calls and even had a letter of complaint from the BBB. I responded to the BBB and let them know the problem. Seems like if someone was wanting to start a new business they would do their homework and make sure that no one has the name they are choosing.
