The customer service was not all that great. When I got there it appeared as if no one was willing to genuinely help. Seem like you had to do a magic trick just to test dive a vehicle. The interaction was so bland, and the guy who assisted me to check my personal information didn't offer me a seat while I wait until they complete the paperwork.nMy kind words of a mere suggestion to this place; pay attention to your potential customers and make sure you engage with them. Show a little more genuine interest in the customer's needs/wants.

We recently bought a Mercedes Benz GLK 350. From speedway 2 months ago. We are now in late February 2021. The car engine starts knocking so we have the car checked to find out that it needs a completely new Engine and the cost for that is more than the car is worth. We tried reaching out to the car lot to ask to trade it back or just take it back period and they never responded to calls or emails. They completely ignored us. We are both essential workers and need our vehicles everyday for work. Even though we bought the car as is that doesn’t mean you can sell someone a car at full price in complete catastrophic engine failure but they did. We are currently seeking legal action against them. I do not suggest you buy any car from them unless checked very thoroughly by a professional. They told us they do checks on all the cars and convinced us it was in sound condition. They completely lied and misrepresented the car in it’s entirety. If it’s true they do inspections on all cars then it’s obvious they knew they were selling a completely worthless car to Us. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS CROOKED CAR LOT.

I am satisfied with the vehicle I purchased. However, the ad shows 20K as the base price. On the paperwork, Lee put down 21K as the base price. When I asked him about it, he told me that the ad didn't include certain things. I invested a lot of time and energy driving several hours to get the vehicle, and I wasn't going to quibble, so I guess that's on me. However, I am telling anyone and everyone to watch for that automatic 1K hike and false advertisement scheme. It's not an honest way, but then again, they're used car salesmen!

When I got there to look at the car they came out and said if I needed anything to just let them know. I test drove one I liked and then we went and look to see what the numbers looked like. They then showed me another Jeep and I test drove it and loved it and I ended up buying it and love it. They were patient with me and my husband since we had our children with us. They were also patient so I could get a hold of my insurance company and get insurance on it. I would go back there they were great.

I have to say im usually not a person to hand out reviews but the people here treated me like family and with the most respect and professionalism. They don’t just try to sell you any car. They met every expectation i was looking for when buying a car and they even went as far as giving me some great deals for being my first time buying with them. If you don’t know what your looking for just head down there they have a wide variety of cars to choose from.
