The experience with easy auto, more specifically the salesman Rafael, was great! He went above and beyond to put me in the vehicle I wanted! The process was a breeze thanks to Rafael! He explained everything to me thoroughly. I am very pleased with my purchase! I would highly recommend easy auto! Go see Rafael and tell him Clarissa sent you!

I went to Easy Auto Murfreesboro location and was very pleased/relieved that they were able to work with me to get approved for a loan even with not so great credit. Raphael was super helpful and patient, helping me find a great car that would work best for me, he also made sure that I understood every part of the paperwork and agreement as we went along so I was fully informed. Raphael's friend (I can't remember his name but he was in the center office) was also very helpful by offering suggestions and ideas I hadn't considered. Anyway, these guys made my car financing experience pretty great and I felt like they really cared that I got a good car that would last me a long time. 10/10 recommend, wonderful customer service, go see these guys if you need a car.

Literally the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever been part of. Alexa took care of us perfectly a great attitude and did whatever she could to make sure we were getting a vehicle. Our car of choice was out of town and quickly had it delivered to us at home by Ben , who got it to us safely and took care of everything else right there! Definitely will be doing business here again when the time comes!

I am on my second vehicle with easy auto due to an uncertain circumstance. The staff at easy auto made my first experience with them so easy. I was in a car accident and ended up totaling my car. Easy auto made it so easy for me to come in pick a new car and be on my way the same day. I truly recommend easy auto, they truly care and they helped me out of a tough situation. Will forever be an easy auto customer.
