Great recreational area. We went for the 3 mile loop around the lake. It was a very nice loop with well paved path, and even a restroom at the trailhead. Was a place we will go back to! Very easy flat 2 miles. Plenty of nature around!
Crispy juicy chicken! It was so much to choose from, i darn near ordered the whole Menu
Great, paved path to walk, run or meander around. A lot of informational panels around describing the different types of fauna in the park, which could make it a very educational trip for children. There are canoes, kayaks and the like for rent on the lake that the trail surrounds. All around great place to take a walk, have a picnic, grill out, go kayaking or just hang out and discover nature.
Come here for some priceless Quiet and calm with nature!
Love the area! Quiet, well maintained trails, lovely lakeside piers, clean facilities. No pets allowed, though, sadly.
