My wife and I have been calling highland for a week now trying to get our service moved to our new apartment, and was told different things by multiple people. One lady told us they will be out here in 3-5 business days, another lady said 5-7 all while being told that they have only been open for 2 business days. We have also been told that a technician will call us and was even told that we would receive a phone call to let us know something, I was told that one of the ladies in the office forgot to put the ticket in after me talking to her that morning.

We relocated from TX to Oakdale, TN 8 months ago and have had a handful of internet and/or phone issues out here with my in-laws house. Each time the people manning the phones have been great and so have the technician's who have had to come out here to troubleshoot and fix problems.nnThis morning we had our phone and internet go out, so I called at 7:30am EST and the guy on the phone helped troubleshoot and eventually wrote up a ticket to have a technician come out. Chad got here within 30-40 minutes of my phone call and assessed the problem and fixed it. Good man.nnI would highly recommend HTC to anyone.

Expensive and turns off service even when you pay the bill and have receipt. I was told the system was down when I paid my bill its been 2 days and now its the weekend with a holiday. I called twice during business hours and was told the request was in the system and showing I paid my bill but service still has not been restored. No grace period on when bill is due and if you wait till the day its due service is still turned off.
