I was an out of town buyer, found the car listed online. Given the price I thought there might be some issues with the car or the condition, but Lance was extremely helpful, the car was in AMAZING condition with a price lower than any other I had seen. Lance picked me up from the airport the same day I called about the vehicle. The purchase was smooth and quick, extremely satisfied with my vehicle purchase from Jerry's.

25Nov20 - i downgraded them to one star. Im getting inundated with junk mail now from sirius and dish network. Its not hard to guess who sold my info, it says Jerry's right on it and dish is part of their media group. They are a media advertising company so its probably going to get worse. You cant return sender because neither company will put their return address on it. Thanks jerrys.nnBought a 2014 used car. Salesmen didn't know anything about cars mechanically. I popped the hood and found a giant mouse nest made from the sidewall insulation. Guy said its been on the lot a couple weeks but he hesitated with that so i looked it up. Since the car was on the lot for 4 months and the mouse nest i asked them to clean it all out and check the wires. I also asked to come down 500$. I was told, the manager would not but they really tried hard. I left but really liked the car so i called back a week later and asked them to just fix the truck latch. Again told the manager just couldn't at this price point. That manager at the beresford location sure is a real tough guy to deal with and i have no idea who he is. I find this tactic humiliating. Why bother i wanted the car and this is a stereotypical place. So i got it home, cleaned out about a cup of seeds, insulation, and droppings out of the inner parts of the engine. So much for them cleaning it out. Checked the air filter and it was just plain old and filthy. Checked the cabin filter, you can look at the picture for yourself. Wiper blades were shot. Ya mouse probably built after the inspection but i asked them to at least fix that and again did a poor job. With the other basic inspection items i have to say their inspection ..twice was terrible. Customer service seems dead everywhere.nMaybe Jerry is the guy you hear on the radio but if so, he sure doesn't know what his right hand is doing in my case. These kinda things are good for me. It reminds me to do the best job i know how and give the best customer service i can no matter what I do. I teach my kids the same thing. Never turn your light off.

I had been looking for a new car for a couple months. I went to a big dealer here in Sioux Falls and could never get anyone that truly wanted to help me. I had told them what I was looking for and didn’t have 1 person follow-up with me. I was so surprised! Car salesmen have never been that way! ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f Anyway, I found a car online at Jerry’s and drove down to see it. I ended up buying a different one that had just came in that day. They were wonderful to work with and everything was easy as ever. Jason Shay does a great job if your looking for a new ride. ud83dude0aud83dudc4d
