American Car Center is the absolute best!! I recently purchased a car from them and they literally made my day, my year!! Kevin, Devin, and the rest of the American Car Center team are absolutely awesome!! I was running around Jackson for 4 days trying to buy a car, wasting hours just to be denied and no one, I mean literally no one would approve me and my situation. But Kevin & Devin they made it happen. I got a great car for a great price with the best insurance. I urge anybody whose in need of a vehicle trust me when I tell you, go to American Car Center!!! To go from getting turned away from every single dealership I went to, and I went to at least 6 or 7 different ones, to almost giving up, and to finally finding a place where they worked with me and not against me felt so amazing!!! Thank you to the entire American Car Center team especially Kevin and Devin!!!!

Deanna was very helpful! She answered all my questions on multiple vehicles. She took time to get me keys and let me check out the cars that caught my attention. She made the process the easy as possible. Im 24 yrs old and my credit is decent. American Car Center is great for youth to build credit and get a car.

Went in to look at a vehicle. Found one I really liked! Deanna, met with me and made the whole process just great!! I left in my choice of vehicle!! The whole experience was awesome!!

I have to clarify that the service I received from Kevin Allen was top notch, this review should not reflect negatively upon him.nI am rating this as 2 stars due to this company's policies. The algorithm utilized in determining the down payment is at best flawed. I watched as Kevin put my information in knowing that I would have a down payment in the neighborhood of 500-800... wow... I watched as he entered my birthday and I went from a $750 down to $1750 down. All die to my not being 6 months older. $1000 because I am 35 and not 36.n1000...nAmerican Car Center, maybe it would benefit you to allow some discretion to the down payments. 1000 is the most ridiculously excessive down payment because I was born in june and not January. I have a salary career, Pay all of my Bill's on time, etc...I will never darken the doorstep of this place again. I felt as if I was being robbed. Your 6 month algorithm flaw cost you a sale. And a customer.
