We just got back from our camping trip to TN. The campground is well kept and clean. The sites are close together and on the small-ish side, however, after we saw what other campgrounds in the area look like, we were thankful we booked at this particular one. We had, hands down the best spot at the very end overlooking the creek. We had some duck visitors every day and fed them rolls and bagels! My kids had a blast playing in the creek. The campground is pretty quiet and it looks like it has more seasonals then weekenders. The bathrooms were super clean. Overall, this is a great spot. It's very close to everything in Pigeon Forge yet it's not as crazy and cramped as the other campgrounds we have seen. We will definintely be back!

This woman that runs the park is the most rude person I have ever encountered. We accidentally got on the wrong site with the way they are marked. She came to our door and rudely stated so. We are still here and if she would like for us to leave she can give us a refund and we will gladly do so. When we came in I went into the office to pay and forgot my mask. She rudely told me to get my mask. I did so but she continued to be rude. They are supposed to be a good Sam park but she refused to give me the free night that I had a certificate for. As for the park it is nice but she makes it not nice. I think the owners should evaluate her especially due to the reviews on the website. To be truthful she was rude when I made the reservation but I tried to overlook that. We will never be back here. If I had read the reviews I would not have made the the reservation in the first place but that is my fault. I worked at an RV park in Gulf Shores for 3 years and was never rude to people because good reviews get you the business. She must be a very unhappy person to act the way she does and I'm sure she has very few friends.

Very nice place to stay, friendly, courteous and helpful staff/owners. Convenient to everything and very good prices. Wish they had more 50 amp sites. We will return here in the future.
