Went thru a very hard time this past year with them. The driving tickets I received were legit but money and and fixing what I was told to would've taken care of that or so I thought but mistakes that were made on the part of some employees there I am continue to pay for. This since April 2020. It's been a nightmare and has depressed me endlessly because as soon as I've finally danced enough here comes another blooper.

Phone was answered promptly, the associate went above and beyond to help me find where my hearing was scheduled. She made a call from her personal cell phone while I was on the land line. She then gave me directions to the correct courthouse. That's what I call a great public servant!
