I rarely leave reviews. I called about a $450,000 home and almost 30 acres and left a brief and detailed message for Larry expressing my interest in seeing the property. .......I never received any reply .....via any method of communication. He simple disregarded my message as a prospective buyer. I later learned from another agent the property had a tentative offer. His website had no indication of this status. And still doesn’t.nnI tried to reach him again the next day and his voicemail box was now “full” and not accepting any input. Nice....nnWhat kind of derelict agent these days doesn’t call back or try to possible earn your business on a similar property?nnI will be finding a more interested and motivated agent to work with for our purchase in the area. Larry listed my mothers home out in Grand Valley lakes. Took some time but Larry eventually found a buyer and we sold it at a fair price. Larry is honest, straightforward and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend him.
