So I’ve literally been to Gilberto’s on Sertoma dozens and dozens of times. I have been a loyal customer since they first opened in SF on Minnesota Ave. I have a piece of advice for the owners. Get new late night workers. They are absolutely worthless most of the time. Getting food from there during the day versus late at night are completely different. You would almost think you are at a totally different restaurant. The service at night is rude, inconsistent and slow. I went there last night and there was only one customer besides me in the drive through. It took roughly 30 minutes from the time I arrived to when I left. There was no customers even there! The young girl working the window completely got my order wrong. Didn’t give me any salsas and was totally rude! During the day this would never have happened. Please, to the owners, get new night staff or at a minimum monitor them because they do not care about the customer. I will be eating here again because I like the owners and they have good food overall but this NEEDS to be fixed.

I don't leave ratings often but 45-50 minute wait w+ with 2-3 cars 4 times now after 5pm in 1 month plus order always wrong. Unreal. Good food tho but ridiculous. Daytime crew is awesome tho

The combination plates, and the burritos are really good, and, you get a lot. My Son is crazy about the tacos. I have never tasted them myself. There is always clean. My husband used the bathroom and said it was very clean, which is a plus.

I love Gilbertos, but this location is awesome. They have temporary different hours than the usual 24 and I didnt know. I showed up at 7:39 to order a breakfast burrito and saw the sign. A gentleman waved me to the drive thru window and asked me for my order and cooked it right up for me! Wonderful customer service and even better food! Love you guys!

Was great, tried the Texano burrito, that had to be the best thing I've had in a long time. Chicken, potatos,, sour cream, cheese and their seasonings for the meat and potatoes, just simple, but amazing, and for under $8 and the huge amount of food, thing must weigh 2 lbs.. its a great deal.
