The staff are friendly and helpful. I feel safe at the facility and in the classes (spacing, sanitizing). The instructors (Rece Marie and Monica A) are outstanding!
They are always welcoming as you enter the building. They are always willing to help if you have any questions. Everyone works to keep all areas clean and ready for members to use the machines and classrooms.
They have some of the nicest staff ever! Always welcoming when I come in and say bye to me on my way out ! That’s why I keep coming back here.
It’s great to have so many YMCA options when I am in the Middle Tennessee area. This particular Y caters to the tennis crowd. So that is a rating I cannot make. I swim.nnIt’s a very nice pool with a rare wooden a/framed arched roof. I swim a lot on my back! The only reason I would give it a 4 instead of 5 is for three reasons.n1) the pool area is dim. Ok, but dim.n2) the locker room doesn’t exit onto the pool deck. You need to walk a few feet through a back hall common area. Again, ok.n3) the way back to the pool is a literal maze. That being said, the staff understands that and have personally walked me through that maze - great customer service.nnSo while tempting to give it a 5, it’s not quite where the very best Y facilities are, but overall you won’t be disappointed to use this facility as a member or as a Nationwide Y traveling guest.
Great response to safety and Covid-19 in the facility overall. Had excellent experience with tennis coach Hans Nardelli, who has been very encouraging! Thank you!
