Kroger is now closing in fast on Wal Mart for the race to the bottom of customer service. I’ve stopped going to several of their locations due to the lack of checkout clerks. While this one still has them, they want you to bag and cart your own groceries. If your going to do that, go to Aldi and save money.
Agree with the other one star ratings. Not going back after 12 years shopping there. Aldi and Publix will be primary shops now. Thank goodness we have choices.
Only two cashiers working with long wait times to check out. Only one person to sack groceries. Many Kroger workers walk by as I am expected to sack my own groceries. Not coming back. Too frustrating. I am forced to be a Publix’s customer even though they are more expensive.
Guy running the fuel center on Saturday is a jerk. I was throwing trash from my car AFTER gassing up my car and he chastised me. He was very rude. Will not be back to get gas or shop
Kroger is my go to grocery store. They are so much cleaner and we'll put together than Walmart and they always have what I need.
