Row House Sylvan Park is great! I love the low impact workout, the different classes and coaches. It’s a very supportive environment. It’s been a game changer for my fitness routine.
Had a free class a few months back. Staff were extremely courteous. Instructor was amazing. Great experience!
Went here for brunch. They had really good GF Pancakes. They also have GF toast so we were able to get a Benedict. The Pulled Pork Hash us also wonderful. Great Place.
I can't really say enough good things about Row House. The workouts are engaging, all the coaches are fantastic and friendly, and it's truly the only gym I've looked forward to going to... basically ever.
Nice mix - not just rowing! And really good music today!!
