I’ve been with J and K Fit for a little over two weeks and I’m so happy that I chose to work with them. I came to them looking for help with competing in a bikini competition. I had my pick of people to work with but liked the personal approach that they offer. When I came to J and K Fit I had been lifting for about a year and was eating what I thought was healthy. Little did I know I wasn’t eating properly to fuel my body. On my first workout with Jeremy I did 5 sets and got sick. I then realized my intensity level and my nutrition were not on par and that I needed the help of J and K Fit. I have felt so much better after switching up my diet plan and training properly. I’ve lost 2.7lbs of fat and gained 1lb of lean muscle mass in less than 2 weeks! I was also able to make it through the rest of my workouts without getting sick. I’m very excited to see where I will be at in a couple months and next year when I compete. I’m glad I made this choice.

Over the past few years my weight went up and down. I could lose weight with low-carb diets, but I could never keep it off. I had also been going to a gym several days a week for about a year but I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. I researched personal trainers online and came across J and K Fit. I took a quick tour of the gym and saw that they had all the same types of equipment as the big gyms, but without the crowds of people. We also discussed their program which not only included personal training but weekly body fat measurements and diet planning. I was ready to sign up!nnI have been amazed at the results so far. In the past 5 ½ months I have lost 15 pounds and went down 3 dress sizes! I also lost over 11% body fat. I have never felt better. Both Jeremy and Kristin are awesome trainers and care about their clients. If you are tired of the way you look and feel, I would recommend giving them a call. It will be worth your time and investment!

Where to begin? I’ve been a client of J & K for nearly a year and have a lot of great things to say about this place… I’ve had a couple of trainers in the past and really wanted a place that was personal, with trainers who had actually took their jobs to heart and cared about my success. Getting and staying on track isn’t the easiest thing to do but J & K ‘fit’ the bill! You can’t go wrong with either one of these two (Jeremy or Kristin) who both come with years and years of experience. This is all they do, this is their passion, and You will be their priority. If you’re looking to get in shape both physically (and mentally) and are ready to start taking yourself seriously, reaching new goals, and achieving a new level of health… take the time to go and meet ‘em. Make the investment in yourself!

As someone who's had quite a few orthopedic injuries, the best part about working with J and K Fit is the attention to proper form & stretching that the trainers give. The focus on injury prevention has allowed me to comfortably make incredible gains in just 2 months.
