Scheduling was very easy, the technician was on time and very professional. He showed me the problem and thoroughly explained the repair. I would highly recommend this company!
The electrician was knowledgeable, friendly and quick... but the billing is ridiculous and the cost was not clearly communicated when I booked. Paid nearly $250 to install two light switches (no materials needed). The job took 11 minutes from the time he got out of his truck until he processed billing. CRAZY EXPENSIVE!
Billy came within 1 1/2 hours of my initial call. He was very personable, seemed very knowledgeable and worked fast. He had to go up in the attic and move some of my stuff to get to where he needed to get. He was also able to redo some switches for me as well as finish hanging a light in the same room as the fan install, even though that was not what I called him out for.nHe cleaned up behind himself and wasn’t afraid to work!nI will definitely use Father and Son again and will be sure to ask for Billy.
Billy Huskey did a great job! I appreciated his honesty and work ethic when it came to installing my outdoor outlet! He told me what I needed and finished the job in great time! Very satisfied in his work! Communication at the office level could have been better, but overall I was extremely happy!
Very happy with our new back up generator install! They were flexible with the installation time I requested. They were professional and communicated well. Several junction boxes and a transfer switch enclosure had to be installed on the outside of the house, but they were able to conceal them well so the system blended in with HVAC units already in place. I would hire them again.
