When I stayed there with my family an idiot named Bill hopper owned it. He swindled me out of part of my security deposit. My 2 year also got hurt because of lousy maintenance. If he’s gone they may have changed their practices. If he’s still there maybe he can man up and call me to re discuss what he stole from me. Loser

This place is quiet which is good for sleeping there is not a lot of noises and loud sounds and kids are not allowed outside at night with out an adult which they are thinking about others buy the thing is when someone's toilet backs up everyone can smell it and everyone in that group/street can smell it because they are all on one drain but it is not as strong as you think in your mind but it is a good place to live

It a nice trailer park and it is always clean and neat and not a lot of police activity.

Wonderful Family neighborhood, great for the kids. Only issues I have is you can only park 2 cars at your house so very inconvenient with company.
