McDonald's

HORRIBLE! I was babysitting a child who LOVES McDonald’s, so I decided to treat her to a treat. When we got there, the staff was not wearing their masks properly and half of them were just standing around in the kitchen while the ordering station was crowded. Second, when I ordered our food, the lady was new, so I understood, but there was no one willing to help her learn the register. I was charged for a meal that was WRONG and nasty from the beginning. I had to have them re-make the food. Because of COVID the drink machine is closed, so I had to wait 10 min in line for a refill and before I could ask them for anything else, they threw the drink at me, so I couldn’t ask for any condiments. The food was a waste of money and was HORRIBLE!!! This place needs to be re-evaluated and should be willing to help their employees. I will NEVER return.

We stopped here a handful of times to grab a happy meal for our son. It’s always a mess, takes forever, and the order is always wrong or they forget something. Today, a young girl was working the drive thru and had her mask under her chin.

Honestly just awful. Constantly running out of product (even in the middle of the day), getting orders wrong, etc.nnToday I ordered curbside pickup, and was told that 3 of the items on my order were unavailable. That easily could've been marked on the app but I let it go and told the worker I would just cancel my order since I couldn't have most of what I ordered. I asked if she could cancel or if I should do it through the app, and was told to call customer service since neither of those were an option for some reason. Of course, customer service is only available until 7pm, so I have to wait until tomorrow to call. Hopefully this will resolve the issue and I can be refunded my money but I won't hold my breath.nnAny one of the issues I have with this location would be easily overlooked, but the problems keep compounding - I don't think I've ever eaten here and had a POSITIVE experience. So I'm just going to recommend that people steer clear of here.nnEdit: Called customer service the next day. I was told that the representative would inform the restaurant they were authorized to issue the refund, and that we would be contacted shortly thereafter. I've heard nothing since then. I attempted to call a few days after with no answer. So it's been almost 2 weeks with no resolution. Will attempt to call again later. It might sound petty of me, but this was a meal for 4 worth almost $40. I need my money back.

Should call this a series of unfortunate events.nn1. The drive thru was only taking cash. Thankfully I had some stashed which isn't common.nn2. The woman who took my cash wasn't wearing a mask at all. She didn't even have it hanging around her neck. Just no mask.nn3. The fries and nuggets tasted like they had been made a few hours prior. They were not hot and were stale.nn4.

My daughter and I had breakfast from McDonald’s (Fort Mill, SC) yesterday morning. It was a terrible experience. The person who took our order was rude and the food was terrible. My Egg McMuffin had egg shells in it. My daughters sausage Egg McMuffin had no egg or cheese and it was overcooked. My coffee was burnt and her sprite was plain soda water. We waited a long time for our food. We were in a hurry and couldn’t go back to get our food replaced. I tried to call but there was no answer. We have eaten there many times before. The people are generally ok, not overly friendly but not usually rude and the food has been fine. Yesterday was awful.
