Shoutout to the 2 cooks who took our order and cooked our food tonight. If the manager didn't spend all her free time partying then she'd have time to make sure her store was staffed properly. Honestly thought about going home and putting on my old uniform to go help them guys out. Food was great. Management is trash.
Probably worst service ever. Got my food before I got my drink. The girl stood the on her phone and talking to friends, more than acknowledging customers. I was literally only 1 of 3 people sitting. I've worked in the service industry for years and I've never seen service this bad. I never complain because I know how it can be, but this was horrible.
Menu items have been definitely reduced. There are no omelets on the menu anymore. I got the sausage egg cheese hashbrown bowl with gravy. It was very good but I was looking for an omelet. The girl said they didn't have the small menu with those on there anymore. My wife's Waffle didn't come out with the food and we were about done eating before it came out after we reminded the waitress twice about it. I would go 4 star but there was a guy there that insisted on watching a movie on his phone with the volume turned up so loud that everyone in the entire restaurant could here it. No employees asked him to turn it down.
Always great, friendly service from staff. Clean premises and we got our food fast and hot! Love Waffle House!
It's ok. Food was good. Took them a little time to wait on us. But I think we came in on shift change. I would go back.
