The lines are ALWAYS so long at this location. The employees are mostly nice, but one can tell that they're overworked and stressed due to being understaffed. When the lines are not long, they're still slow to make your drink.
The location on herlong is awful. If you mobile order, don't expect it to be ready on time. I've been late to work 2 times in a week and a half because they can't seem to have my stuff ready when I always order with time to spare for this reason. If they get your drink order wrong, they give you attitude. Also, don't let your mask slide down your nose because they are rude about that too. You guys really need nicer people at the herlong location.
This Starbucks is brand new, but one of the better ones in Rock Hill. There is never much of a line and the people who work here are friendly
No matter how long the wait- I always appreciate this team and the positive attitudes they bring to me every time I come in. Cat (I hope that is her name ud83eudd1e) was my barista today and she was very nice and deserves the best!
Morning shift does great here. Second shift is less desirable especially if you need that extra shot espresso. Juan moves a lot slower in the evenings also. if I'm paying $12 for a coffee I want all six of my espresso shots.
