I love dunkin. This one is the best in rock hill. I have only had two bad experiences at this store and I go practically everyday lol. The only suggestion I would give is to make sure someone acknowledges the customer standing at the register. I've stood there several times for about 2 to 3 minutes and everyone there just avoids eye contact and doesn't say anything. I understand you get busy just say welcome someone will be with you in a minute or something of that nature.
Rude owner, he has been rude on several occasions., Needs to smile more. Other than that, the employees are nice and courteous and my order is correct. Great coffee! thanks!
Food was good, but service was bad. From long waits even after ordering on line to sending me back to my car and waiting only to find out they gave away my food with no more of an item that I ordered.nThat need a better format of food distribution .
I would give 0 stars if I could. Went to the drive thru at 8:50pm and sat in line for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. We drove up to the window and tried asking the lady at the window and she was utterly rude. Had head phones on ignoring us on purpose. She finally opened the window and we asked if she was open and she shrugged her shoulders and closed the window door. They had 1 more hour to do their simple job. This place is terrible. On more then 3 occasions I have been told that their blender is broken or being cleaned. Get people who want to work or a manager that actually cares.
The morning breakfast is amazing and the workers were quick to prepare my order
