I found BNA CPA from the Gusto partner network. They were my first call and after the first conversation they were the only accounting firm we called. Working with the BNA CPA team has been and continues to be a breath of fresh air. Filings and processes are all digital (no more reams of paper and slow turnaround times), customer service is exceptional, response times are quick, and they've made sound recommendations on structure and strategy. I've never met the BNA CPA team in person, all of our dealings have been virtual. Our company is remote and BNA as matched our need for a virtual accounting service. They're efficient and high quality. I recommend Jason and the BNA CPA without hesitation. Professional, modern, trustworthy firm.

I cannot say enough good things about the Ackerman brothers. Jason, CPA, is so knowledgeable about tax regulations. He has filed our taxes for years in North Carolina, South Carolina and federally. He is patient, always answers our emails or texts quickly and is thoroughly professional and efficient.nnAdam is our financial planner and gives us the expertise and attention that we need to feel comfortable, even amidst the chaos of this COVID crisis. We worked with other people before we found Adam but were never totally satisfied. We plan to stay with Adam until the end.nnBNA is a family firm. We like the fact that we can always get a person on the phone and love the positive vibes of the physical office when we need to visit in person. For us it is worth the drive from Charlotte. If you want to work with people who are reliable and deserve your trust, this is the place for you.

Bernie was recommended to me by a local attorney. Bernie and his team have supported me through several complex and difficult personal and business tax situations. Despite having many larger customers, he’s always taken the time to help me when needed. He’s also been very reasonable from a cost standpoint. I’d highly recommend Bernie and his firm for your personal and or business needs.

I contacted Mr. Ackerman's office to seek financial advise on behalf of my mother. He was recommended by a financial advisor at our bank. After going through the proper protocol (an online request) I received no call back from his office. After two weeks of waiting to hear from them, I called to only get an answering machine. Still no call back. Am extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism and timeliness.
