Fast, friendly, and got my order correct. In fast food... This is a WIN!
I think the owner should possibly consider closing this location down. The staff is turning people away because of a wait on Bo rounds and biscuits..... wth?! Then the staff acts like they don’t want to take your order and that you are bothering them by being there. If you are craving bojangles, I recommend that you drive past this location until you reach a different one. Otherwise you are gonna be waiting and aggravated after trying to place an order. To only receive an incorrect order. All of this staff needs to find another job if they dislike working in fast food so much. Will go without eating/drinking before I ever go back to this location again.
Would have gotten 5 stars but the girl at the window was not pleasant just handed me my food and never said a word. The chicken however was excellent hot and fresh and the dirty rice was perfect along with a fresh biscuit. The meal was very enjoyable.
I think people in newberry sc really hate their jobs in fast food. Never friendly at all. I rather cook my own food.
I hardly ever go to a fast food restaurant when they are a few minutes from closing. But the place I was going to had closed early so I went to Bojangles about 10 minutes before closing. They were very kind and courteous. And Azaria and Shamia went out their way extra nice. Thanks bojangles!!
