Make sure to go test drive the units they let dealer sell there junk there and keep letting them sell it there Manheim is 100% better

Nice and clean, allows customers to come day before auction to view vehicles that will be up for sale. Auction runs smoothly. My only issue was when we came back for the cars we bought, a few employees were talking and made us feel they weren't too pleased to have to help us.

Bought a 2017 chevy impala from big city motors in January 2019 and was told I would be getting a specialized spare key from Adesa in a couple of days. I stopped within a few days and the key didn’t sync up. I was told another place would have to make it, and that it wouldn’t take more than a couple of weeks. I’ve called numerous times, they never are the one to call me. The last time I stopped I was told it would be resolved right away and I’m still waiting. It’s been 9 months. Ironically, a day after this I decided to stop by Adesa and the tried syncing a key up - it didn't work, but then the guy tried a couple other things and eventually I got my key. Question, if you had what you needed in house to try getting a key working for me, why was I not given a phone call? I had to randomly stop by. Second question, did you even actually have to order something (back ordered supposedly)? And if you did, how long was it in, did you just happen to get it in the same day I happened to stop by? Very Frustrating!
