I am extremely disappointed in the appointment that I had. I asked my hair to be platinum and somehow walked out with darker hair then I walked in the salon with. I tried to give Casey the benefit of the doubt and waited a few days to let the chemicals sit in my hair to see if there was a change...There wasn’t. When I reached out to Casey she did not respond for DAYS. I had to text her over and over again. She then offered to fix it and said she’d let me know in an hour..now it’s been two weeks since I last heard from her. I asked for at least a partial refund and still NO response. Worst experience I’ve ever had. And EXTREMELY unprofessional!!

WAY OVER PRICED!!! Complete disregard for customer service, and overall experience! First my appointment was rescheduled last minute to the next morning. Then she was running again 30 mins late. I asked for a blonde specifically stating I DO NOT like the coppery blonde look and ended up with coppery brownish. When I said I had expected it to be lighter she replayed well everyone has different hair I guess that's just how yours turned out but you can come back and we can do it again in a few weeks. By this time she was rushing me out of the salon because she had another client waiting on her. My hair was still wet so gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought well maybe it will look better when its dry. It doesn't! Tried to contact her about a resolution, sent multiple texts and emails and still no response. Terrible experience!

10 stars!! Kasey is awesome. The first time meeting her she consulted with me about exactly what I wanted with my hair. She told me she felt it was important to talk about things and knowing exactly what I wanted. She took her time cutting and coloring my hair to make it perfect. I never felt like she was being rushed or I was being fit in between other clients. Her salon and product are top notch and I feel like a queen with the free coffee and snacks. Hands down the best hair stylist you’ll ever find.

Casey takes such pride in the work that she does. My hair color & Haircut always look amazing! She takes time to consult with you about your concerns with your hair, and gives her honest opinion and advice on what to do. The products she uses are professional and wonderful, my hair is growing like crazy! She always make sure I leave the salon happy and looking beautiful. Best hairstylist in Myrtle beach hands down!!!!’
