I cannot say enough nice things about Mike and his team. I called to get a quote, he took time right then with me to understand what it was that I needed done and gave me a excellent quote (compared to others), and was able to get us in sooner than anyone else. His team showed up prepared, and extremely professional, they knew exactly what needed to be done once I showed them them the area. They were in and out, cleaned up after themselves and were just the best. I will be using them again for all future electrical needs. Highly Recommend!

I did mot think the owner of this business is ethical in his business dealings. He doesn’t itemize the bills and I do t know what I’m paying for? Also includes time spent at Home Depot getting materials. I felt taken advantage of.

I don't usually leave a review, especially a bad one, but this is ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would. I set up an appointment for a quote on a Wednesday at 10. No show. I called around 1. No answer. Thursday morning at 07:16 I got a text saying sorry for missing the appointment and not answering the phone. The excuse? New scheduling system. How is that connected to answering the phone? Anyway, I decided to give them another chance since the good reviews online and I tried to schedule a quote for Friday. Still no answer until Sunday when I was texted back by mistake about another customer. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

thank you Mark Moore! you saved the day. the electrical outlet in my sunroom was out. this is also my office. he was able to fix in a jiffy and my husband learned a little about electrical outlets in the process!!! thank you !
